The “My Aid” app helps those eligible for aid from municipal and church services to submit their eligible expenses quickly and easily.
The app serves as safe and fastAlternative to applying for aid by post.The free app provides you with these central functions:• Photograph receipts (medical bills, prescriptions, etc.) or upload them as PDF documents (receipts up to DIN A4).• You protect your app with a password that you set yourself.• Data is transferred securely and encrypted to your aid fund.• Status overview: Each submission is confirmed to you by the app when it is received.• You will receive notices in your digital mailbox directly in the app.• Archive function: You can view your billed receipts and notices at any time.• Changing your bank and address details.• Support for questions and problems.Participating aid fundsYou can use the “My Aid” app to get your aid from the following municipal and church aid fundsSubmit aid receipts (sorted alphabetically):• Brandenburg Municipal Supply Association (KVBbg)• Municipal Supply Association Baden-Württemberg (KVBW)• Kurhessen-Waldeck civil servants’ pension fund (KVK)• Municipal Supply Association of Saxony (KVS)• Municipal Supply Association of Saxony-Anhalt (KVSA)• Municipal pension funds Westphalia-Lippe (kvw)• Lower Saxony Pension Fund (NVK)• Palatinate Pension Fund (ppa)• Saarland pension and supplementary pension fund (RZVK)• Pension equalization fund of the municipal associations in Schleswig-Holstein (VAK)• Darmstadt pension fund (VKDA)• Baden-Württemberg Municipal Supply Association (VKO) RegistrationThe registration process goes like this:• You download the “My Aid” app.• You select your responsible aid fund.• Register with your first and last name, your date of birth and your aid number.• Assign a password that you can easily remember.
Your financial aid fund has no knowledge of your password and cannot reset it.• You will receive a registration code to activate your profile via post.• Enter the code into your “My Aid” app.
